Our Strategy

Why invest in leadership development?

Australia’s mining and heavy industries are on the rise; amid the competition for talent, good leaders are hard to find and retain.

In addition to rapid expansion, the industries are undergoing significant transformation through the introduction of more complex integrated operations, autonomous equipment, ever exacting expectations for safety and operational performance and a strong focus on meeting Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) requirements.

All of this is placing increasing expectations on frontline leaders. The Rock Solid Leadership program is designed to assist new leaders, existing leaders who are stepping up to higher roles within a business and leaders who might need to enhance their skills to deal with the new environment.

Set yourself apart from your competitors

Show your commitment to professional leadership development and attract candidates who are motivated to learn and build new skills.

Nurture the talent already within your organisation

Show your employees you value them with opportunities for development and growth. Many new and seasoned appointees to leadership roles are technically competent but lack confidence or leadership skills to lead teams and get the best out of their people whilst meeting the increasing expectations of leaders in the mining and heavy industries.

Attract, create and retain great leaders

Investing in leadership development helps you attract, create, and retain great leaders, improve team engagement and reach your business outcomes in safety, productivity and profitability.

Coaching & Development

Give your leaders the skills and confidence to maximise their potential.
